If you qualify to use the Exchange, you are probably wondering like I was, if it is worth the drive to Grand Haven. If you are interested in their booze selection and prices, the answer is unequivocally Yes! I found one of my favorite bourbons that costs $74 at Meijer (with taxes) for $45. I also got a bottle of rum that goes for $31 at Meijer for $14. The small store is roughly 50% dedicated to spirits. They have a very good, though not exhaustive election. Thank you for honoring the passing of Jimmy Carter by flying the flag at half mast for the full 30 days. Even when the city of grand haven couldn't uphold the same honor. They actually told me it wasn't supposed to be at half mast, but I'm guessing it has to do with them not having honor in the city as you do in the Service. Thank you for upholding the constitution so proudly.
