ZERO STARS: My family and I has had service with this co for 25 years plus. Not sure if they are under new ownership but they are careless now. one of my parents properties is being rented out and the family there is out of propane completely. That means zero hot water, zero stove, zero heater. Coast Gas tried charging them a $150 "emergency delivery fee" Why? 25 + years of business and we are being charged an emergency delivery fee?! This company is worthless in 4 years ive never had them deliver on time. They have breached their contract several times. Even turned me in to collections when I did not owe them money. A worthless company
I appriciated their set up of tank, and their friendly delivery person. I got prompt service on my first refill. But now for my second fill, it has been 3 days without a return call.
