The service tech was knowledgeable, friendly and worked very efficiently. I needed a repair as a cable had broke. He made quick work of the repair and took the time to replace other needed parts and and other service items like lubrication. The door works better than ever now.
The 501C-3 animal rescue I work with was built in a WWII Officer’s Jeep Garage, with the original garage door still in use. The door had started to become difficult to move up and down, (only 80 years+ old, right?!) so we called Coast Garage Door to come take a look. Joel showed up early in the time frame he was scheduled in and did a great job explaining how the old springs worked and are designed. On time, professional, did a great job. Our roll up garage door is a 2005, when he left it was like a new door. Very happy with the work! Joel did a great job!
