Very poor experience. My GC brought Coast in for tile flooring and remodel of three bathrooms. Work quality was terrible and I started complaining 3 months before my move-in target. I was repeatedly told "we'll make it right". After several weeks and many attempts, they did not make it right, and now my GC is bringing in another contractor (at his expense). If you are a homeowner: steer clear. If you are a GC: prepare to eat in to your profit to to keep your customer happy.
They installed our vinyl wood plank floors...love them and the job they did.
Nick was spectacular at showing us our tile options. We found the perfect backsplash for our new kitchen! Thanks Coast Floor!
We cannot say we had a good experience working with this company, and in fact it was the opposite. One of the owners complained about my leaving a review to the builder we planned to use, and I was forced to remove my original review. I am posting this review because we did not get a minimum standard of service that we expected when we visited Coast Floor and Tile and it is my right to voice my opinion.
