Can’t recommend Sam and Coastfit enough, I joined about 3 weeks ago and already my relationship with exercise has totally changed. I actually look forward to exercising now! Sam is an amazing trainer. Since training with Sam I have become stronger, fitter and improved my core strength and balance. He is a really lovely guy who makes you feel at ease the minute you enter his gym..
I’ve never EVER been a gym person - but San offers unique exercises in small groups, creating a real sense of community with real people. I’ll never go anywhere else!!
Had been really struggling to get back into an exercise routine due to an old injury and a demanding but sedentary job. I signed up with Coastfit after a friend's recommendation and it's totally changed my fitness and confidence with exercising. The PT sessions are excellent and great value, with support really focused on your needs and developing the right form to improve your mobility, strengh and to avoid injury in the future.
