We remain a member for convenience only. The men’s steam room has been broke for going on 9 months, leg sled broke for weeks, material on many machines is cracking. Benches are a mix match of non commercial grade benches and tape over cracks on surfacing. The place is more a museum than a gym, with equipment from before the turn of the century. Good gym. Staff is great, the smoothies are tasty and don't have artificial sweeteners, and there's sufficient equipment to cover my needs.

This gym is a classic 24/7 YMCA style gym. Equipment 4/5 Cleanliness 3/5 Staff 3/5 Clientele 2/5 Ease of access 4/5 The gym equipment is as follows: 1 squat rack 2 Conventional Benches (1 Adjustable) 1 inclined Bench 1 leg press 1 hack squat 1 t row 2 functional trainers/cable machines Multitude of machines for various isolation exercises .
