I'm not sure I understand Coast Electric. How can a power company turn off power at 10am in 90°+ after 3 days of non-payment? They trusted our history with their company, so they didn't take a $300 deposit, but they couldn't trust us to pay the bill a few days late because of tough times? God forbid we didn't have the money to pay it, we would have to sit in this heat, letting our food spoil, and have it just drive us further into poverty.
