If a mistake is made on your bill you just have to eat the lost. I can't go with another company because there is no other option. They take full advantage of knowing the customer has no other choice but to pay the bill, even when wrongfully charged.
So I’m trying to pay a bill and my lights are off and when I try giving them my money they are like OH IM SORRY WE ARE WORKING ON MAINTENANCE PLZ CALL BACK IN A FEE MINUTES AND ITS BEEN 3 hours with no lights because they have people that don’t know what they are doing
Freedom to shop around for electric and services . Nope it's a monopoly built to screw the users
Horrible company they are not compassionate to their customers
