(This is for Coast DentaI Red bug Lake Rd office. Not Winter Park Office. Unable to change location.) I have given them 5 stars. But not this time. First thing is that there.was no need for needless ansesthesia which they have been using. That is very wrong. Second, I already paid for the services at the time of service. And they have sent me a bill. And I am being threatened that it will go to Collection Agency. All medical businesses should be honest. Good is that they agreed not to use anaesthesia.

I will absolutely not return to this location. The communication is horrible. They never answer the phones, and emails go unanswered. I paid a $64 invoice months ago, yet I’m still bombarded with messages and emails demanding payment everyday. I've called countless times, and send proof of payment with no response. Even the general billing department couldn't reach out to them, and despite promises that a supervisor would follow up, no one ever did. It’s exhausting to spend hours trying to fix their mistake.
