Treated well, dentist was descriptive about the work being performed. Dental assistant was very helpful and informative. I am disappointed that I went in to have my upper plate realigned. I was told that it would take weeks to get it done as it had to be sent to an out-of-town location, this was unacceptable. Previously, I had it done and received it back the same day. This is really poor service. The staff seemed to be embarrassed when they told me. So, it is 5 stars for the staff, and 1 star for Coast Dental.

Listen I was a little frustrated about an "accident" that happened. Just human error. However, it could have been avoided. I clearly spoke to 3 people about it and made a zero cost fix suggestion. Details unnecessary. However, the male dental hygienist was a 5. Great great person. Lose him, close the shop🫡. The office manager was not there. The outside windows look like a CLEAN DEAD TOOTH, no life. The mission to block the SUN, achieved. However, no life. Front desk not bad at all. People are attracted to energy. My visits are always good, nev never have any problems when I go to Coast Dental I do appreciate all that they do to try to keep your teeth going for all of your life.
