Treated well, dentist was descriptive about the work being performed. Dental assistant was very helpful and informative. I am disappointed that I went in to have my upper plate realigned. I was told that it would take weeks to get it done as it had to be sent to an out-of-town location, this was unacceptable. Previously, I had it done and received it back the same day. This is really poor service. The staff seemed to be embarrassed when they told me. So, it is 5 stars for the staff, and 1 star for Coast Dental.
Listen I was a little frustrated about an "accident" that happened. Just human error. However, it could have been avoided. I clearly spoke to 3 people about it and made a zero cost fix suggestion. Details unnecessary. However, the male dental hygienist was a 5. Great great person. Lose him, close the shop🫡. The office manager was not there.
