Horrible experience. Lack of patient care. My appointment was at 4:30 pm, I was brought back at 4:45 pm and the hygienist rushed through my cleaning because their office closes at 5 pm. I understand it was late and at the end of the day but they shouldn’t have appointments so late if they are going to be rushed and rude. The hygienist ripped the napkin off my chest and her gloves off her hands, and then threw her clipboard causing it to fall. Finding a good dental office to take care of your teeth is not easy. My husband and I are so pleased to receive treatment from Doctor James Harrison at the Coast Dental office in Altamonte Springs, FL. Everyone in this office is so sweet and caring. They explained our treatment so precisely and in a clearly understandable way, so we know exactly what we need for the treatment plan. Thanks again to Jocelyn, Elizabeth, Kia, and Kika, who make us believe we are in good hands to take care of our treatment.

Ive had a great experience at this practice previously but i declined xrays due to being pregnant and they made me reschedule my entire appointment and requested a doctors note? Ive never been denied treatment so ill be switching dentist offices
