You must put one star to write. Julio lied to make me owe money. I have no income. I needed to know what was going on with my teeth. To go to free unpaid people like me and get free services elsewhere. No freedom of choice. They said yesterday I should have ran from them. As to distrust more than get xrays and know what is good and bad. Distrust but come in and talk yet be ready to run from us is your only choices. Terrible, this people only want to make money of you, that's all they care about. The assistant julio threatened me all of the sudden; he started talking that if one to sue a dentist, that will cost a lot, will require paperwork done properly, etc. Total nonsense as I wasn’t even thinking of suing anyone, forget about talking about it; he brought it up out of nowhere. For re-cementing crown on temporary cement they charged me $219. Dr Harrison told me that this crown is not good anymore, need to put in new crown at $955. I w... read more
The fast talking, sales pushing, sarcastic assistant should be enough to keep people away from this place. The hygienist is even worse! The office equipment is outdated. The prices are NOT reasonable. An F rating should be enough for would be new patients to go elsewhere.
I suspected they intentionally suggested much more work to be done on my teeth than necessary just for the sake of profit. My new dentist confirmed my suspicion today, he told me that much of the work done at Coast Dental was totally unnecessary. In other words, GREED! UNETHICAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It`s sad and I hope they pay through the nose for this sort of indefensible corruption.
