At the very end CCCRealty got out of property management and on their way out really let us down. Tenants went weeks without paying rent, significant damage to the property was not included in the inspection report and we constantly needed to follow up on requests. Would not recommend for advice/ hiring as agents to sell your home after our terrible experience.
Real people who listen. After the recent loss of a family member we needed to downsize from a large home with two living areas to a smaller home for my wife and I. When we let the team at Coast Creek and Country know we no longer could stay in the home that they managed, they took in everything we said mattered to us and presented a new home that is exactly what we asked for, and more.
