Dreadful management and communication. Charging exorbitant rates for a property which had not been cleaned in a very long time and had someone else's rubbish in the bathroom. Window screens pushed out snd discarded down side of house. Bathroom disgraceful. They ignored our request for communication about this as well as a partial refund. Do not use this agency they rip you off
This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a rental, largely due to the unprofessional practices of Coast and Country Holidays. From the beginning, it was clear they prioritize profit over guest satisfaction. Manipulating images about the pool. Spider webs in every window and corner of the house. Any excuse to hold the bond!
Very poor management and extremely unprofessional. Withholding bond for apparent noise complaint despite no proof and no fine presented. Also charging a fee for using the couch as a sofa bed despite them not stating we can not use the sofa bed. They state they will contact you to discuss further but they never do and you have to continuously chase them up.
they try and bully clients claiming misdemeanours with the sole purpose of withholding bond
