The property we stayed at itself was very nice, spacious, and clean, and it had convenient beach access. However, the neighborhood and neighboring guests were completely out of control. A group of people in the neighborhood told their friends what the gate code to the pool was and threw large parties with 35+ people there all week. They blasted loud music, got extremely drunk, and took up the entire pool space. We were unable to use the pool because of this. There is no pool attendant so they could get away with it. 13 Coast Cottage Lane, 2 week stay approx $10,000. Ants, roaches, dirty carpet, torn throw pillows, dirty furniture. Broken ceiling fan. No one from Vacasa would assist us. Threw away hundreds of dollars ( have receipts ) of food because of bugs. Owner either doesn’t care or thinks Vacasa is taking care of the property. No one should do business with Vacasa. A real life Dumpster Fire.🔥

There's a moldy?/musty smell in lower rooms esp. But otherwise, a very fun place to stay
