Ryan did a site visit to inspect our rusting power pole (unlike another supplier who used google street view and asked me to supply a photograph of the pole and the meter box). Ryan provided a very competitive quote within a couple of days and explained how the job would get done and what we would see when finished (not including a green pilar box, like the other supplier).
