As far as I'm concerned all the people at this practice are very very good. All the Drs are fantastic and reception have been good. Bloody lucky to have been referred there. Thank you.

If I could give zero I would. Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up after I called on 29/1/25 with a GP referral following an ED admission on 26/1 for a rare condition they also found something else requiring urgent specialist review. Jess advised Dr Mor’s wait time was 5 months but another doctor could see me in 3; I forwarded the referral as instructed and was told it would be triaged. I have nothing but good things to say about the team at Coast Colorectal. Everyone that I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and supportive. Dr Srinath was professional, friendly and very informative about my procedure and the results. This made a time of anxiety and uncertainty so much more reassuring. The support staff including the admin were also very helpful when basic queries needed answers. I am gald I chose Coast Colorectal.
