Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely disappointing. From the outset, I was spoken to in a manner that felt dismissive and discourteous. I was told that I could not make an appointment without a referral, despite not attempting to do so. I was simply asking about availability before updating my referral. No replies to email sent, call on a Friday and it says to call back office closed 8:30 next day which is a Saturday. Terrible service and haven’t even seen Dr yet!! How hard is it to be an efficient business especially one that “cares’ about patients
Worst colorectal surgeon in Australia! After multiple surgeries, I mentioned something still isn’t right there is still a lump. “You’re best to just go home and deal with with, there is no lump there is nothing more we can do for now”, Dr Ross Warner said to me. In disbelief I left and got a friend take me to GCUH. 2 hours later I couldn’t walk and Dr at GCHU found lump immediately and said I have sepsis. Nothing but good to say about this team. Isabella Mor has been wonderful. She listened well. I was very concerned about up coming heammaroid surgery having heard horrific stories from others. Post surgery I had no pain, just a few days of localised discomfort. I am glad I waited for the right surgeon.
After suffering from fissures since October 2024 , just had my colonoscopy and anal fissure surgery this morning 26/06/2025 never thought this day was ever going come I would like thank to the Coast Colorectal team , Dr Warner , Dr M.Trinder , nurses and the rest of the staff from the bottom of my heart I appreciate all that was done today and starting from the consultation in Tugan at John Flynn hospital with Dr Warner
