This place needs to be shut down!! We just picked up my boyfriends uniform Marine Corps pants, after dropping them off for cleaning and pressing. They literally destroyed them!! And they put a lot of work into doing so! I cant imagine any reason they would do this other than hatred towards the military. It feels like total sabotage!! They removed the stripes and seams and stitched it all back together in some crazy twisted way. I have never seen anything like this in my life!! Please do not give this business another penny!
Owner has always done perfect alterations and most of my suit/tie stains have come out.
I needed my uniform pants made longer by an inch. When I went in to this establishment I was struck by how unorganized it appears and the floors were very dirty. Another gentleman was picking up clothes so I figured that maybe the work is great and doesn’t leave a lot of time for cleaning. I tried on my pants, she placed pins for how far she needed to let out the hem. Coastal cleaners is a really good place to go. This is the best place I have gone to and will be coming back anytime I need alterations. The women did my alterations did a wonderful job. I have been to several places to get alterations because I am a smaller person but nobody has done this much of an outstanding job!!!
