Although located in Victoria, we were assigned Brian MacInnes from the Duncan office as an adjuster for a damage claim to our home. We found him to be distant and curt. He was often unresponsive to telephone and email communication. When we did speak it was clear he wanted the conversation to be over. Dealing with Brian was very unsettling because we were never quite sure of the claim and restoration status. On the plus side, the claim was approved in the end and the restoration work done.
