I had the misfortune of working with James Orr in the aftermath of a fire at one of my buildings. The man would actively pit tenants against their property management company by looping these displaced tenants in on emails they were not meant to see, adding more anger and stress to an already terrible situation. Not sure if he gets off on it, but the man is petty, passive aggresive, and unprofessional. STAY AWAY FROM JAMES ORR!!!
