Avoid this dealership like the plague. I took my 2018 truck in to get the service bulletin for a transmission shudder in 8-speed automatics (TSB 18-NA-355) done. I just wanted to get the transmission flushed as described in the bulletin as the truck was doing the exact problems listed in the bulletin. I scheduled an appointment to get it done, they forced a diagnosis and charged me 250 dollars for it and took them all day to do so after a 830am appointment.
