I just got back four wool area carpets that Coast Carpet Cleaning had picked up to clean at their shop. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets, including a vintage oriental rug, for very reasonable prices, and they completed the work in a timely fashion as requested. They also helped me to reposition one of the larger rugs, lifting heavy furniture in the process. They are a small local business with outstanding service; I recommend them most highly! I liked that I was able to text a request for a bid, with dimensions of the room, and stairs (with dimensions) needing to be cleaned. They got back to me the same day, unlike the other businesses I contacted, and they had the best online reviews. They arrived on time, were very personable, nice guys (who were also the business owners), and did an amazing job on our badly stained, 20-year old carpet that had never been professionally cleaned.
