CCS has declined a lot.. Edit- last time I spoke with the customer service line it was regarding CCS sending incorrect account balance information. The agents were poorly trained and provided incorrect information repeatedly.
Ive been a coast capital customer for 14 years. I have a credit score of 830 stable job and have a great history. I walked in asking for a line of credit so i can do what i need with it. Then pay the line of credit off later. For whatever reason this person told me i wont be able to qualify for it. I can easily go somewhere else and get this money because of my great credit, Its only 5 grand. Its not that hard, but i wanted to do it with coast capital.
