Very happy with the service at this branch. Close to work, easy to book an appointment online and with 2 days. Derek was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting all my investment accounts setup. Would recommend.
This particular branch is not my preferred choice. I find the staff to be rather slow. I only visit this business in person when there are no other alternatives available. I would much rather utilize the ATMs outside, which, incidentally, are the slowest machines I have ever encountered.

Disappointed with the change in hours. No longer open on Mondays. Yet, not knowing this, I went anyway where they let me in, told me to wait, only to be told they couldn't help me. Awkward. I just felt worse for the elderly lady who was there for some business and was barely mobile with her walker. Her friend opened the door, to help her in, only to be told they were only accepting RRSP appointments. What a sad state of affairs. I joined a credit union because of the service.
