I’ve been a member with Coast Capital for quite some time now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. They offer excellent banking products, and I’ve always been happy with the service. I’ve visited the Langley branch for many years without any issues, but recently, I’ve noticed some unprofessionalism that I feel is worth mentioning. Absolutely DISGUSTED by the treatment I received from JOSE working at the front desk in the Coast Capital Langley branch (next to Willowbrook Mall). I came in on my lunch break from work—I work full-time Monday to Friday and only had one hour to deal with an issue that should have taken 10 minutes. My online banking hadn’t worked in 3 days (kept showing “It’s not you, it’s us”), and I had misplaced my debit card, so I just needed a simple reissue.
