I have had an excellent experience with this agency. The staff is always helpful & friendly. I recently purchased a auto and homeowner policy withouta broker fee. Im happy with the service provided. I love the fact that the agency is local and has convenient hours. I have recommended family &friends.
Thia company does not behave like a company that wants your business. They have been continually rude and inconsiderate over a period of years. This is not just a sanpshot view and includes the person in charge. They also will try to rewrite your policy whenever the chance comes up so they can make more money. They show no allegeance to any insurance company. (they are brokers).
