Mixed feeling! Was very impressed with Coast Appliances, until warranty… Invoice, S03735483 to deal with horrible after sales. 2 washer drier units, both Electrolux. First one failed under OEM warranty, second set failed under extended warranty… they passed to iA without any support. iA and service shop dragged it for over a month, wasting time coming viewing trying new parts, just to find out it’s not a good trial… Wait again! In serious shopping, I'll always spend time doing my research on the product(s), supplier and their service. That's what I did when I needed to replace my big three appliances: washer, dryer and dishwasher. I'd often visit their stores and display venues to learn about the product knowledge and customer service of their sales associates; that could include multiple stores of the same chain.
