I recently bought a fridge from Coast Wholesale appliances in Vancouver. Upon entering we were directed to Ricky Au our salesman. Ricky Au was awesome. There was absolutely no pressure. We decided to go over the Knight Street Bridge to another competitor. We were not greeted by staff or helped with a fridge. I did see a fridge that I liked so I went back over the Knight Street Bridge back to Coast Wholesale Appliances and told Ricky what I had found. He said that Coast had the fridge that I wanted. I called to buy a dishwasher. The salesman put alot of pressure on me. I said i would call back to confirm the order. I called back to place the order. My question was did I make the cut off for the warehouse/ truck. I was told yes. Went to pick up the dishwasher now I'm told it's a floor model. I said where was the floor model they said here in Nanaimo. My response was that doesn't make any sense since it was coming from the Burnaby warehouse.
