I am shocked at the horrible service. We spent over 20k on appliances in 2023, with delivery set for 2024. The sales people we dealt with all left the company, and we were left to deal with STEVEN HALL. He has been equal parts rude, threatening, and dismissive. There are serious problems with this company. Support is non-existent. Employee turnover is massive. AVOID.
