You can't open the box for a quick check or inspection to see if it right. And if it wrong you can't return the item. So I order my item from Amazon. It was cheaper and I can return it if it is the wrong part.
Very helpful and honest. Did not push parts that they could not guarantee to fix my squeezing washer.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. Got my parts without delay. As a DIY guy I was able to get parts for several appliances. Only one thing is that you need ti know your model number for the appliances you need parts for.
