They verbally promise to purchase your home. But instead they market it to try and sell it. The contract allows them 60 days to sell it. If they don't they back out or ask you to lower the price. If you back out you owe them $10,000. If they back out they owe you $100 but won't respond in pay it. Get them to tell you what they buy for and then contact a legitimate realtor to sell it.
