I had the unfortunate experience of using this adjuster. I had to fire them last week and currently have them under investigation.
Phenomenal service provided by Patricia.. the insurance is Progressive and they were giving me a hard time for paying out for my expenses due to water damage. Patricia came in and took over the claim. She helped me get my money back from the insurance which helped me cover my restoration and mitigation. She is great to work with and very professional. I highly recommend her.
