After driving away I realized they SCRATCHED MY WINDSHIELD! I immediately called, left several messages for the manager and reached out on Facebook with photos. I never got a call or message back! The manager and owner are never on site, even when I have been told by employees that they will be there— so I have been unable to address the issue. What horrible customer service! If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Turns out, if you read the other comments, I’m not the only person this has happened to.
October 2025: An older car wash, but it got the job done. Staff were efficient and nice.
I think I just got scammed out of 40 dollars. How can they be so blatant and still have 4.5 stars here? Who are these ladies working here? Who really owns this place? I can't be the only one pissed and confused here, right? No way ...
