Friendliest shop and a saving grace!!! We were 14+ hours from home, traveling even further due to a death in the family. Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere in the late afternoon. This shop worked miracles and got us towed to them, repaired, and back on the road. Their staff kept us company while we waited. They were so understanding and very straight forward with us. Very convenient that there is a hotel across the street just in case we needed it, but they were so amazing we were able to finish our 8 hours driving ... read more
CAUTION!!! Absolute worst shop business wise. I 10 year Heavy Diesel Mechanic had family break down near there and took there vehicle there for a simple R&R transmission job (10hr job max) was told to to pay up front and cashed DAM NEAR a 10000.00 cheak that day. Now! It's been 3 months and countless excuses (as alot of other customers have stated) still not fixed. I saw the vehicle in pieces In the front yard, with no sense of respect for the customer. One star is being generous. Had no problem cashing the check... but 2 months later, still don't have the truck finished. I thought a transmission was an 8-10 hour job AT MOST.
