I am no stranger to fitness. I have been "working out" for well over 30 years! I have trained with many different style trainers; all have been good, but Jeremy, he is a step above them all. I went to him broken from old injuries; I couldn't lift my arms over my head without pain, my hips were frozen from running & pounding them on the tread mill all these years & I was overweight. The staff really do their best to accommodate everyone. It's a nice gym with an assortment of updated, innovative equipment. Most of the customers adhere to the rules by keeping the Gym clean and the weights racked up.
small class size so it is almost one on one training every time I highly recommend
I have been a member of this gym for approximately a year and a half. It has been a great experience compared to all other gyms that I have used. I’ve learned a lot about fitness and what’s best for my body including diet. At the beginning of this year I had foot surgery and decided to use their personal training sessions.
