first time to this facility...Registration was great...triage nurse was great and dr was great... Thanks for being a health care provider!
Came in for a note witch would take 2 mins and they say first come first serve but I've been waiting for over an hour. 2 hours now. They called me back just to make me wait another hour " next room the opens we will call you " I've seen 3 people walk out ! , plus the doctor was an hour late coming in . This is getting sad
Also, waiting to see the doctor at the walk-in clinic. Apparently patients that know the nurse are been seen before everyone else that checked in sooner. I got here just after 6pm, someone came in at 7pm with his son, he was checked in, and was brought back right away to see the doctor. Way to play favorites! Absoluteley Ridiculous! Dr. Steed needs to be on time that would also help
I recently went to the walk-in times requesting a doctor's referral for an X-ray and an MRI for my lower back. The nurse was understanding and patient as I described the occurrence that had occured of my injury. And one was patient enough to allow me to explain what had happened, what I'm currently doing to attend to the injured area, and was polite.
