My wife had the misfortune of visiting Toni’s practice for an evaluation. The dentist determined that a root canal was needed. They put a temporary crown on the tooth, and scheduled the root canal. Feeling uneasy about the quality of service, my wife had the root canal performed at another dentist. When that dentist attempted to bill out insurance, we had the rude awakening that Coal Mountain Dental had billed and been paid for the root canal they did not perform. They can't get the insurance right. I was told the manager would call me but hasn't. Don't trust how they bill. I have been over charged.
I had been waiting for months for my appointment, only for the office to call and cancel just three days before. When I expressed my frustration about the short notice and long wait, the staff on the phone were incredibly rude and dismissive. This was unprofessional and very disappointing. If you value your time and expect courteous treatment, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
