I have to say. I love doctor Choe. He is by far the only dentist I enjoyed visiting in my life. He was very informative and listened to my needs. First time I had no pain at all dentist office. He even drilled without numbing the top of my mouth. NO PAIN. He definitely knows what he is doing. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Everyone was very nice. However I was not aware that the dentist I was seeing was no longer there. I never received any text,email or regular mail letting me know. The whole staff is new. I never met the new dentist when I was there and they were making repairs in the examining rooms. So I felt like maybe I was in there way eventually I needed to transfer into another room. It could have been just that unfortunate day, but it definitely wasn’t the welcome wagon
I’ve had poor experiences with dentists over the years. So much so that I did everything in my power to never go again. That all changed when circumstances brought me to Coal Mountain. From scheduling to my in office visit, they preformed exceptional. I recommend them, no question!

My wife had the misfortune of visiting this practice for an evaluation. The dentist determined that a root canal was needed. They put a temporary crown on the tooth, and scheduled the root canal. Feeling uneasy about the quality of service, my wife had the root canal performed at another dentist. When that dentist attempted to bill out insurance, we had the rude awakening that Coal Mountain Dental had billed and been paid for the root canal they did not perform.
