This firm is a joke. Brian Yuen commited to my partner that he would do pro-bono work and then, 48 hours before a letter was supposed to be sent, he demanded money from us or he would stop being our lawyer. This is fraudulent in my eyes. If you state you are going to do pro-bono "work", then you can't turn around and change your mind when you get greedy.
