The receptionist was snobby when answering the phone but the thing that really earned them the 1 star is unwillingness to even talk ballpark pricing yet charging for a consultation (over $200 which is more than most). Explain how it makes sense they you’re telling me I need to come and pay over $200 to consult for procedure that I don’t even know what it costs or if it’s going to be feasible for me and my life??? I literally can’t speak highly enough of this clinic, every single member of the staffand Dr. Herrmann himself. I came in to get a benign bump on my forehead removed and while any kind of surgery is far from pleasant, this was the most wonderful medical experience I’ve ever had.
