My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Hayes and initially the procedure itself seemed to go fine, but her one-week follow-up appointment was really disappointing. She was still in pain and having jaw tightness/spasms, and during the exam she repeatedly told him certain areas hurt when he was pressing on them. According to my calendar, today should be the two-month mark since having my permanent teeth put in. This time lapse was deliberate as I wanted to let the reality of having teeth sink in. A "the day of" review would have resulted in an instant 5 stars, but this review has given me time to let it all sink in. So let’s go! Dr. Hayes has worked on me twice now. And I can’t praise him and his team more! The service is phenomenal and he is a deeply skilled dentist. The team is warm, his assistants are efficient and very professional. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! This is the place for a true pain-free dental experience!
I do not have enough words to highly recommend this oral surgery center. I had to go there for a biopsy and they are more than accommodating. The office staff is amazing and Dr is awesome. And for an added benefit, Lucy, the office greeter is amazing and she loves greenies if you’re going there. Thank you all as I appreciate each and everyone of you so much.
