I had a lower Tori removed. I was in & out of the facility in about 1 hour, didn't have much discomfort and (as the information sheet says) it took about 1 month for everything to heal up. At the 1 month date everything had healed up just fine and I am very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend this place. Very friendly and knowledgeable Doctor and staff.
I was referred to Dr. Hayes by my primary dentist for a double wisdom tooth extraction, double wisdom tooth coronectomy, and a sinus perforation closure. As this was my first surgery experience, I can confidently say I have no hesitation considering Dr. Hayes and his team for any future care I may need. Had to edit my previous rating of 5 stars, down to 2. My first experience was terrific! My second experience has been less than desired. First, I was scheduled for a consult with Dr Hayes for the second procedure. I received a call from his staff, the day of the consult, that they had to reschedule. It wasn’t a big deal at the time but it foretold a deeper issue at the practice. When I chatted with the staff we determined that a virtual consult would be acceptable. Coal Creek oral surgery is the great. Friendly staff and Dr. Hayes is the best. Great view of mountains too.I don’t go anywhere else.
