It’s best value gym in the area. I actually drive from Boulder because its easier for me to get there than it is to drive to a Boulder Crossfit in morning traffic. Everything is clean, well equipped and maintained. There’s a good focus on technique and everyone actually pay’s attention to the coach’s instructions during the warm-up (unlike crossfit wash park where I couldn’t hear the coach because everyone was talking over him but you do have to keep Tami and Sami away from each other here). I’m fairly new to the CrossFit world and Coal Creek CrossFit has been amazing! They have helped me learn the basics, pushed me to try new things and have challenged me to push myself in my fitness!
