Maybe I was just lucky on a Tuesday evening at 5, but when my toddler slammed her finger in the door and needed stitches, I called ahead and jumped in the truck, and they took care of her right away. We were so blessed that they didn't take fifteen minutes to check her in; they actually treated it like an emergency. Between this E.R. and Atoka's, I'd much rather go here. With wait times in E.R.s you never know, but I'm always going to be grateful for how well they took care of my little girl. She's healing well.
The hospital services not very good at all you got a darn well make sure they take the insurance and do it right because if not a couple months later you will be paying the hospital because they don't file the insurance.
This place deserves absolutely no stars, shouldn’t even be open! They are suppose to nurture patients back to health and all they did was make it 100 times worse. They forced my grandmother to take hard pills that she didn’t need, which caused her to go nonverbal. DIDN'T CHANGE HER Catheter FOR A WEEK and when she was finally transferred to OU, THEY SENT THE WRONG RECORDS and then claimed that they lost them when we went to retrieve the hard copy from them.
