I had previously used Coakley's to carpet my stairs and I was extremely happy with the results. Recently needed repair work done, went and picked out our materials at the store, and then spent over a month trying to chase down the guy who does the estimates. He sent in 2 to the insurance company, each one was kicked back because a line-by-line breakdown was needed. Staff always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. A nice place to shop. Also happy with the flooring job they did in my house.
