The entirety of this doctor's office is horrific. You have to hound them to order lab work (which maybe he'll do after calling to remind them a minimum of 10 times), hound them to book an appointment, beg them to return a phone call with important information. Hopefully you're not symptomatic, as they couldn't care less. This is the worst doctor's office I've ever been to.
Erin is great! She is so personable and always takes the time to go over everything with you. She is very thorough and always wants to make sure you get the best care.
TERRIBLE never answers the phone been trying to get test strips for months I have had to pay for them myself because dr wont send rxd
Believe the reviews. Right before the Covid wave, I set him up as my primary doctor. Shut downs happened and I went to the hospital for my Covid test. Two weeks later at 9 pm I get a call saying I’m clear of Covid/ negative test. Whenever I call the office, they’re out of office or busy. I never get a call back, ever. When I went in for my first physical, I waited more than an hour in the waiting room. Once I got in, instead of listening to me, he just lectured me. Erin is very caring and listening It's hard to be a detective. They go out of there way just to call you even it's late. .great staff. Also. I'm very pleased
