I ran out of supplies and got only one good test. Either it wasn’t enough blood or the machine is too warm, tests are ruined. Service is practically nil, if you ever get to speak with a real person the help is inadequate. Could not help me with the blood collection problem. I’m still waiting for a call back to,order supplies, online doesn’t recognize my credentials. I can run over to the clinic and get tested quicker than this machine.

All they care about is reordering supplies. I bought a 50 pack test strips & my dad only uses 10 of them in a year. So now I have box of expired test strips which I bought for over $250. WHAT A JOKE! the company C-suite executives know exactly what they are doing, extremely predatory SMH!!

This machine is so very complicated to use. Surely there is something out there that is simpler. I don't like the plastic inserts as they are, well plastic and I hate having to trash them in the land fills. The tiny tubes that one must use to draw up the blood sample are also a bit hard to use. When my nurse told me there was an at-home device I was excited not to have to go into their office every week. That is indeed a waste of time. I got the machine for my mom through her insurance, it’s off by 0.5 every time relative to blood test done within 15 mins. Can’t trust it. Didn’t get any support from the company when called to inform, they just don’t care. All they care is to refill supplies so they can get paid. I stopped using it altogether, better option to get blood work done every week.
