Been having joint pain in several areas and its affecting my mental health , took alot of courage to ask to see a doctor , not sleeping and its making my daily living hard , was told in a cold manner to live with it and its probably arhritis so lose weight and excerise plenty. No further help was offered except a leaflet from the nhs

All the staff, receptionists, nurses to the medical doctors themselves, are exceptionally professional, polite and well mannered!
