I would definitely give Coady Roofing a five star rating. They did a magnificent job. Did a total tear off of all shingles and replaced all damage sheeting installed all new underlayment replaced all flashings they did the total replacement which they did an awesome job from start to finish. They cleaned up after the job which you would never even know that they had been here. They have replaced several roof roofs as my son has a lot of rentals and they also replaced our whole roof on our home in 2023 with the tornado damage... read more

Booked 2x for him to come out and assess…. I sat both days with no call and no shows. He never contacted at all.

I really can't say enough good things about Coady Roofing. They were efficient, overexplained when I needed it, and the crew cleaned the property meticulously, while finishing the job in the anticipated time frame given. He's knowledgable, friendly, and professional.

Would highly recommend. Mike showed us samples, so we would know what we were getting; installed entire roof in one day; cleaned up afterwards; did a full walk-around so we could point out any issues (saw a small area that missed paper, but they came back 6 am next day to fix). However, having issues with warranty getting established still. Info was incorrect and has yet to be corrected.
