Very disappointed with the service I received last week. I have gone to Coady Davenport for many years and had been happy with their service. Last week however I returned a pair of prescription sunglasses as the arm of one had fallen off when I was taking it out of the glasses case. Sunglasses were 2 days out of warranty. I was told by the reception lady that I had obviously snapped the arm off. I had 3 witnesses that this was not the case but she kept saying I must have snapped the arm off. Coady Davenport Optical is the only the place to go. I have always been extremely happy with every visit. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Chris is always thorough, taking plenty of time to explain everything and answer my questions. I felt very comfortable and confident in their care. The appointments always run on time and the range of frames are impressive. Well done. One happy customer. This is why I always return.

A huge thank you to the team at Coady Davenport Optical. I have experienced migraines for many years with no relief from medication. I recently had an appointment with Chris Coady. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and since wearing my beautiful new glasses, I have not only had so many complements on how awesome they look, but I have also experienced so much relief from the painful migraines!! The whole team were so professional and helpful. I highly recommend!!
