Had an issue with a lost check, they were no help at all. Called to see what check it was and see if I could get it reissued. They started a claim on the wrong check, one I had already cashed. They told my boss that so I can assume he was confused. Eventually found my check luckily because I was getting no where with them. Called and spoke with Liz Hendon who was no help what so ever.

Our experience with Coadvantage has been one of efficiency and consistency. Our rep Susan Misuira was influential in the onboarding of our organization. Since our onboarding almost a year ago, we have been extremely satisfied with their services.
