My first visit and they have lost my trust as a consumer. Summary The going rate for the repair should have been between 750-850$ an d I was charged >1300$ I am very disappointed Details Up charged heavily for repair and labor. I had 2 front struts changed and was charged over 1300$. When I spoke with shop they told me it would be 325$ (for parts)(online they retail for between 150-360$ per pair) so I agreed. I went there in the spring early summer of 2023 talked to them about working on my classic Pontiac. I was told they were very busy and to call back in September. I came back in person middle of September and they told me that they were still busy.. leave your name and number and they'll call me.. Never heard from ANYONE from this place nearly a year later.. not good business practices you ask me 💯 Very disappointed 😞
