I went to Coachworks just because it was within walking distance from my house, and I've remained a customer for years. Their work is reliable, they always give me a straightforward opinion about whether it's worth it to have work done relative to the life of my vehicle and Ken has always been easy to work with, courteous, and helpful.
My parents used these guys for body repair a few times back when my sister and I were still learning to drive and were always very satisfied with their workmanship. Fast forward quite a few years and I got a estimate from them to fix a scrape in my car. I called them back the next day hoping to schedule a time to have the work done, they told me I would have to wait about two weeks and they would get back to me.
