Unfortunately my wife had an accident in her car and her insurance company wanted the repair carried at Coachwork. Within a few hours of completing the claims form we had a call from them and 2 days later a courtesy car was dropped of and hers taken away. She was kept informed at all stages of the repair, from the initial contact from Jodie, Bob who picked her car up and Ben who did everything he could and saved the car being written off.
