What a waste of two Saturdays. Multiple phone calls to get you in the door then after all the bs spiel on "we want to earn your business", we find the right one and since we didn't want to finance through them and we're straight forward about our trade they made one offer and then said thanks for coming. Joel Van Dyken of the service team was very efficient in his fix to our problem. He also gave us great trouble shooting solutions should the problem happen to occur again. Very pleased with how he handled our issue.
This place is a joke. We went to go to pick up our brand new camper yesterday which we paid a deposit for them to hold it so we could return with our check from our lender. This rv was apart of one of there camping shows which is how we found it, so some things got broken on it during there show, there was a broken blind, a cabinet which wouldn't open, a panel broken off one of the bunks, and a crease in the flooring where the slide out moves in and out, a big chip in the kitchen faucet, a gash in the kitchen table, mainly a... read more
